I have cultivated a robust skill set in molecular biology and cellular processes. I have developed a deep understanding of autophagy mechanisms, particularly its regulation under starvation conditions. My experience with RNA interference (RNAi) techniques has equipped me with proficiency in gene silencing methodologies, molecular biology techniques such as PCR and Western blotting, and the analysis of RNAi data. Designing and executing experiments to study autophagy induction through starvation involved meticulous experimental planning, including the use of appropriate cell models and the implementation of controlled starvation conditions. I have honed my data analysis skills, conducting statistical analyses to interpret experimental results effectively.
