I have been teaching English Language since 1991, including 9 years ( from 1991 to 2000) at high schools and 15 years at university since 2003.I am still teaching different language skills at university. As far as teaching career is concerned, I have been teaching different language skills at both private and public universities, including Reading & Writing, Syntax, Language Testing and Assessment, and teaching methods. Furthermore, I have participated in a number of training courses in UK, USA, and Kurdistan, and workshops on methodology and different issues related to teaching English language. I have also evaluated more than 20 M.Sc and PhD theses in different non-departmental majors, including biology, Chemistry, computer, physics, mathematics. I have also worked as examination committee member for more than ten years. Moreover, I had been a coordinator of Dept. of English language for more than 4 years, and as head of Dept. of English language, Evening Study, College of Arts , University of Duhok for 1 year.
