Molecular Biology: Bacterial culture, DNA transformation, DNA manipulation, Gel electrophoresis, DNA gel extraction, In vivo RNA synthesis, Primer design, site direct mutagenesis and PCR.
Electrophysiology: ADI power lab, Xenopus oocytes microinjection, Two-electrode voltage-clamp and patch-clamp techniques.
Toxin Screening: FLIPR technique, RP-HPLC, MOLTF-MS, Peptide synthesis using E.coli and Venomous Invertebrate Milking.
